The Renewable Fuels Foundation is offering scholarships to college students interested in attending the 2027 National Ethanol Conference, February 15 through 17 in Las Vegas, Nevada. Applications are due January 11. The scholarships are open to students, members of the Renewable Fuels Association’s Young Professionals Network, and Veterans for Renewable Fuels. Now in its 18th year, the Bob Sather Memorial Scholarship honors an educator who helped establish Wisconsin-based Ace Ethanol. The program aims to connect aspiring ethanol industry professionals with industry leaders, policymakers, and technical experts. “The National Ethanol Conference is a terrific opportunity for the next wave of ethanol leaders to learn, connect, and get ready to make their mark on our industry,” said Neal Kemmet, chairman of the Renewable Fuels Foundation and president and general manager of Ace Ethanol. Scholarships cover conference registration, hotel accommodations, and up to $500 in airfare. A limited number will be awarded.
