On Thursday, USDA will release their weekly Export Sales report at 7:30 a.m. CDT. At the same time, the U.S. Census Bureau will be out with the U.S. Trade Balance for July. Otherwise, traders will continue to monitor weather over the final stretch of the U.S. growing season, as well as the ongoing conflicts in the Black Sea and Middle East.

A front continues to be stuck across the northern end of the country on Thursday. Various areas of showers and thunderstorms will occur near the front throughout the day. Some of those could become severe, producing locally heavy rain. The remnants of Tropical Storm Edouard are still producing heavy, flooding rain in eastern Texas. A system is also moving through the Canadian Prairies with additional showers and thunderstorms there as well.
