On Wednesday, the Energy Information Administration will release their weekly Petroleum Status report, which will include last week's ethanol production and stocks. There are otherwise no major reports scheduled. The latest weather forecasts and geopolitical news are likely to guide prices at mid-week.
Weather
A strong cold front is starting to stall out from Colorado down into Arkansas while pushing through the East Coast on Wednesday. Much more comfortable air is found behind the front, with temperatures below normal for this time of year and easing the heat stress of the last week. South of the front continues to be very hot, but north of the front, a disturbance moving through the Central Plains will produce scattered showers across South Dakota and Nebraska throughout the day and more showers may develop closer to the front in Colorado later Wednesday afternoon and evening.
