Weather
Heavy rain and flash flooding are in store from the southeastern Plains through southeastern Midwest Thursday. We'll also see heavy snow and blizzard conditions in the western Plains, with high winds and wildfire threats in the southwestern Plains. Rain and snow will also feature in the Northern Plains and western Midwest. This combination will be stressful to livestock and safety, along with keeping soils wet and further delaying spring fieldwork.
