Thursday will feature an active morning for reports, with USDA's weekly export sales at 7:30 a.m. CST, which at long last will bring the release up to a normal data lag of one week. At the same time, the U.S. Census Bureau will release the October trade balance report, which USDA will later use to update their agricultural trade data.
Weather
The system in western Texas will be moving northeast into the Midwest on Thursday. It is already producing areas of showers and some thunderstorms for the southern half of the Plains. A few of those thunderstorms could be severe in and around the Ozarks later in the day with a small threat for damaging winds and hail. Temperatures may be just cold enough to produce some snow from Nebraska into the UP of Michigan Thursday night into Friday morning.
