The next clipper in the train for the week is found in the Canadian Prairies and Northern Plains on Thursday morning. It is producing limited showers in the U.S., but a band of more consistent precipitation in the Prairies. The system will be moving eastward into the Upper Midwest Thursday night. Though precipitation continues to be limited south of the border, winds will still be a bit breezy.
