Tuesday brings another day of rain from the central Plains and mid-Mississippi Valley to the Coastal Bend. Amounts will vary; however, heavy totals with flash flood potential are indicated from the southeastern Plains to the Coastal Bend. Other primary crop areas will be dry. Temperatures continue to show notably warmer trends in most areas.
