Moderate to heavy rain is in store for the southeastern Midwest Tuesday with planting disruption and flood threats. The Ohio Valley is the focal point of this rain area. We'll also see light rain in the Northwest and dry conditions elsewhere. A wet pattern is indicated over most of the central U.S. in the next two weeks.
