Tuesday will be dry across all primary crop areas. Temperatures will be seasonal to below normal in the Midwest, below normal Southeast, and above normal in the Plains. Areas that have seen heavy snow recently will also have fog hindering transport and safety due to melting snow. A new rain and snow event is again indicated to cross the north-central U.S. Thursday.
