On the first trading day of November, USDA will release their usual Monday reports such as Export Inspections at 10 a.m. CST, and the weekly Crop Progress report at 3 p.m. CST. Also set for release are the monthly Oilseed and Grain Crush reports at 2 p.m. CST.

A strong storm system that moved through the West this weekend is moving through the middle of the country on Monday. Widespread moderate rain is falling across the North-Central U.S. while we await potential severe thunderstorms along the system's cold front across the Central and Southern Plains later in the day. Some areas of heavy rain and strong winds are expected as well.
