At 8 a.m., Statistics Canada's Stocks of Principal Field Crops for December 31 will be out. Later Tuesday, Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell speaks to the Economic Club of Washington and may offer more clues for what the Fed is planning. Trading in grains may turn quiet at some point as traders await USDA's WASDE report on Wednesday.
