Traders will also watch to see if USDA has an export sales announcement at 8 a.m. CST.

The visit from the polar vortex over the Christmas holiday is short-lived as warmer temperatures that built up over the West are spreading eastward this week. In spite of the surge in temperatures, precipitation will be limited to the West on Tuesday.
