Breezy winds will continue in the Plains and Western Corn Belt bringing well-above-normal temperatures to the region on Wednesday. Showers appear to be confined toward the Mid-Atlantic and the Northern and western Plains. Some of the storms in the Dakotas could be strong to severe later today.
