A storm system continues to spin around the eastern Great Lakes with scattered showers for Tuesday. Temperatures will be on a slow rise Tuesday with temperatures conducive for planting across the Plains up into the Canadian Prairies. Some isolated showers may develop in the southwestern Plains this afternoon but would be very spotty.
