The U.S. Energy Department has its weekly energy inventory report at 9:30 a.m., including ethanol production. Traders will continue to examine the latest weather forecasts and any export sales news that develops.

Isolated showers will be found with a weak disturbance moving through the Central and Northern Plains on Wednesday. Scattered showers will also be noted near the Gulf Coast and Southeast throughout the day as well. Temperatures will continue on a slight rising trend but are still mild east of the Mississippi River.
