Otherwise, traders will continue to monitor the latest coronavirus statistics and watch for any news ahead of Thursday's OPEC meeting and WASDE report.

Wednesday features scattered light rain in the northern and eastern Midwest. Delta and Southeast areas will see broader coverage of light rain. Temperatures will be notably cooler north while conditions remain very warm central and south. A colder pattern is set to move through the entire central and eastern U.S. over the next week.
