(Dow Jones) -- Tyson Foods Inc. (TSN) is exploring the sale of its pizza crust business, TNT Crust, as it focuses on its core protein operations.
The meat company said Tuesday that Goldman Sachs Group Inc. (GS) is advising it on the sale process.
TNT Crust's customers include frozen pizza makers, chain restaurant accounts and food-service distributors.
Tyson said the sale would include two manufacturing facilities in Green Bay, Wis. The company plans to retain the tortilla production from the factories.
