Light to moderate rain is in store for much of the Southern Plains through the Delta Tuesday. The rain offers moisture benefit for wheat and cotton. Some flash flooding is also likely in the lower Delta. Other crop areas will be dry with frost and freeze potential early morning in the northern Midwest.
