There are no official reports due Wednesday, but traders will continue to monitor the latest weather forecasts and watch for more export sales announcements. Several private crop estimates are being considered ahead of Friday's WASDE report.
Weather
Wednesday features a large area of rain from the Texas Rio Grande valley to the Great Lakes. The rain will be favorable for soil moisture ahead of winter wheat planting and will offer drought easing in the western Midwest. Meanwhile, snow will cover much of the western Plains and Rockies. Other crop areas will be drier with favorable harvest conditions in the Delta and Southeast. Some northern crops will have their season come to an end due to freezing conditions.
