A front and system are combining to produce widespread showers and thunderstorms from the Southern Plains through the Midwest for Tuesday. Severe storms will be possible throughout the day as well, but mostly Tuesday afternoon and evening. Some isolated showers will fall across the Northern Plains and Canadian Prairies, too.
