At 7:30 a.m. central, the weekly jobless claims, consumer price index and Core CPI readings will be out. We will also be watching export sales at the same time, and any new flash sales reported by USDA at 8 a.m. We will also look for any news on China and South American weather.

Snow will end in the Midwest during Thursday, and this week's heavy rain in the Delta and Southeast will let up ahead of the weekend. A new storm system forming in the Northwest for the weekend will begin spreading rain and snow into the northern U.S. by Tuesday. Conditions will continue very cold in northern areas ahead of moderation at the end of the week.
